Financial Assistance for Students

A limited number of awards will be made to cover conference fees and costs of lodging and meals at Asilomar.  Anyone who checks the student rate box in the Conference registration form and submits an abstract may be considered for these awards. To apply, please also send a copy of your student ID card by e-mail to Chris Swanston (swanston1@llnl.gov), who will be in charge of making the final selections. At least three such awards will be made, with more possible depending on the total number of registrants. One additional award will go to the student judged as having prepared and presented the best poster, the winner to be announced at the Wednesday evening Conference Banquet.
