Forest Engineering Lab


Location

The Peavy 208 lab is located on the second floor of Peavy Hall, on the far west side of campus.


Hours

The Peavy 208 lab is open:

  • 9am-5pm during the regular school year.

However, students with a key and after-hour permit may access the lab at anytime.


Authorized Users

The lab is limited to graduate students in Forest Engineering.


Hardware

The Peavy 208 lab consists of:

  • 4 Optiplex 745 Intel Core 2 Duo Processor 2.4 GHz w/ 4 GB RAM, DVD+/- RW
  • 3 Optiplex GX280 3.3 GHz w/ 1 GB RAM, CD-RW/DVD

Software available in the computing labs in the College of Forestry is located at the following link.

Specialized FE grad lab software

Approved software that is installed on some computers in the lab. Helpdesk does not provide technical support for these programs.
