GIS/ArcInfo: How do I Geo-reference a vector coverage?
The information in this article applies to:
Application(s) | Operating System(s) |
CREATE a new coverage "cover_new"
In Tables, select cover_new.tic
ADD the correct X,Y values of the tic marks to match those of "cover_old"
If necessary, use PROJECT to reproject "cover_old" to the map projection
for which you have the new tic values
TRANSFORM cover_old cover_new affine
Clean
PROJECT back to desired projection if necessary.
Clean again
