About the Forestry Computing Policies
The policies that appear on this page are the product
of coordinated work by the College of Forestry Administrative Committee,
the Forestry Computing Committee and the Forestry Computing Resources
group. Hundreds of hours of conversations have brought us to where
we are today and you may be assured
that the policy collection will continue to evolve and develop as
needs and resources change. Computing resources are a critical component
that all of us depend on in the College of Forestry. Your understanding
and cooperation with these policies and your constructive input
to the Forestry Computing Committee is necessary for managing our
resources in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
Any questions and suggestions you have about these policies should be directed
to your representative on the Forestry Computing Committee.
