Helpdesk FormsAll of the following forms require Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you need this software, see our installation instructions. Please return all completed forms to the Forestry Computing Helpdesk. Most forms are processed within one week of the date they are received.
To register a system on the Forestry network, you simply need to send an email to the Forestry Computing Helpdesk and we will contact you to obtain the appropriate information. This information is required to place a hardware device on network support. In order to to eligible for support, your system must meet our minimum system requirements. For pricing, please consult our fee book listing.
Users wishing to transfer ownership of their system to another person must contact the helpdesk with the name of their computer and the name of the new owner. New owners may consult our fee book listing for information on pricing.
To remove a system from the Forestry network, you simply need to send an email to the Forestry Computing Helpdesk and we will contact you to obtain the appropriate information. Systems that are not on network support are not eligble to be diagnosed and/or repaired by the Forestry Computing Resources group. This form is used to request restricted network space accessible by specified individuals. You must read the Extended Network Disk Space policy before filling out this form.
In order to obtain a Forestry Network account, you must fill out this form. To find out if you are eligible for a Forestry Network account, plese see the general network eligibility guidelines. For information on pricing, please consult our fee book listing. If you need help filling out this document, see the account hints form for advice. Make sure to contact the Computing Helpdesk if you are putting a machine on support as well.
If you decide that you will need to close out a Forestry Network account, you will need to complete this form. Make sure to contact the Computing Helpdesk if you are taking your machine off support as well. |
